2. What Personal Data I Collect

Mailing list

If you subscribe to the BabySleep.now mailing list, I collect your:

  • email address;
  • consent to receive emails;
  • information relating to your subscription, such as the date and method of subscription and your subscription status.

The purpose of this processing is to send you updates about The Baby Sleep Handbook, new extracts, baby sleep resources and related news from BabySleep.now.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

3. Email Marketing and MailerLite

I use MailerLite to manage the BabySleep.now mailing list, subscription forms and email communications.

When you subscribe, your email address and information relating to your subscription are processed through MailerLite on my behalf.

MailerLite acts as a data processor in relation to subscriber data and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and its Data Processing Addendum.

4. How Long Your Data Is Kept

If you subscribe to the mailing list, your personal data will be processed for as long as you remain subscribed.

If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive marketing emails. Limited information may be retained where necessary to record your opt-out and ensure that you are not added back to marketing communications without appropriate consent.

Information submitted when contacting me is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and any related follow-up.
